        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Nokia sells 2 versions of the same phone, just to be retardedly confusing.  Another model number would be too easy.   The phone is also locked, so that and the different frequencies  pretty much make it useless in Europe.</p>

<p>Read post #29 in the FAQ on the home page of this site. That FAQ will explain it. </p>
<p>North American GSM bands are 850/1900<br />
European GSM bands are 900/1800</p>
<p>The Canadian Nokia site is wrong in this case, and might have copy and pasted the information from the Nokia European site.</p>
