I have had a really great experince with Nokia, but the Nokia that I bought from Speakout was probably the worst phone I have owned. I loved the Samsung phone I used to use, but my daughters new Samsung is just okay. Manufacturers have winners and losers, you are best to google the actual model you want and look for some actual user reviews.
