        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I had that problem when I first signed up.. it *777 actually went to Peel Police.  Call them on a landline and get them to reinitiate your account that worked for me.</p>

<p>I just upgraded my nokia to an LG and get the same error, but I can't see why changing the phone would make any difference as it's the SIM that's connecting you not your phone.... maybe put the sim back in the old phone and dial again?</p>
