        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Purchased Alcatel OnetouchModel A392A on Dec 24th along with a Sim card and $50.00 airtime from 711 Store.<br />
When  try to activate the sim/phone  message says the IMEI is incorrect I am using the number on the box.<br />
Phoned the Support # for SO Canada but only get a busy signal or if I get through I am directed to contact Alcatel website which is no help at all.<br />
Short of returning the phone to the store what can I do.<br />
Your advice is welcome.</p>
