There are adapters out there that can convert micro sim cards into mini sim cards, so that is not a real issue. What carrier does the Iphone use? Bell/Telus SIM cards will not work with Speakout phones. Fido might, and Rogers should.

Thanks for the reply. I'm now going to get the Alcatel 356 that SpeakOut offers. So, can I transfer my account from my iPhone to that telephone? Also, how long will it take?

Problem is that it's not as simple as putting the iPhone's SIM into the Alcatel. The iPhone's SIM is micro-sized and besides, the Alcatel already has a SIM in it I think.

I'm currently on the SpeakOut 200 minutes and unlimited text plan on a smart phone. However, I'm going to sell the smartphone and am considering going back to my old Samsung A920 flip phone.

I believe it is locked to Bell and I terminated the Bell account about a year ago before joining SpeakOut. How can I transfer my SpeakOut account to the Samsung phone?
