        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Seems like you have automatic topup selected on your account.  Not what you want on prepaid since it does it every 30 days.  $25+tax probably.  I would think the balance has been updated so you haven't lost the $'s.  If I am right then you can stop the auto topup in your account.</p>

What's that  mean ? I was charged $ 28.00 every month without my knowledge. I though that I will be charged for pay as you go .<br />
Please help . I am having problem to log in to make changes to my billings.<br />
