The time is correct and is showing exactly what it should.

Today the time is 30 minutes behind. Is anybody else having this issue? I am in Toronto with a 416 area code. When I set the phone to "Automatic" the timezone sets to Ottawa, although Ottawa and Toronto are on the same time zones. Anybody have any clue on how to fix this?
