Install PdaNet app from play.google on both phone and tablet.
2. Forget about PdaNet on tablet, you don't need to open PdaNet there.
3. Run PdaNet on the phone. Tap "Wifi Direct Hotspot (new)". You will see Wifi password for tablet.
4. Open Wifi setting on tablet, enter Wifi password, connect.
5. Enjoy.
