OfflineThe OP is correct, I am with Petrocan and I noticed the same thing.
My isp always said petrocan, now it is rogers.
Also we have been throttled.
Speed used to be for September 231 kb/s now it is at around 30 kb/s.
Seems ztar or rogers is forcing our hand to switch over or leave.
At least the speed is like the old dialup but ping is better at 129.
Was good while it lasted, thanks Ztar for the ride.

OfflineI noticed the carrier name changed from SpeakOut to Rogers when they introduced the new value plans and data plans. I was told by customer service that UMB would continue until November 11 but they didn't mention throttling. Since I had money left on my account I added the new data plan and have been pleased with it. iMessage works as does Waze which were two apps that never did under UMB.
