Yeah, because I have tried mine in different phones and it's all the same.

Btw, I contacted SO and asked them about this and they gave me a BS explanation as how it says HOME instead of SpeakOut because my phone is in the home menu, yeah right.

Pls check your phone to see if the former user use this app to type in HOME to replace the real carrier's name.
