I had to sell it on Kijiji because it was impossible to unlock. It will only work with FIDO SIM cards.

I only lasted 30 days with FIDO. Only good thing I can say about them was I got a good phone number from FIDO, which I promptly ported to Speakout 30 days later.

That sounds better than dealing with some old phone. 1616 is not some good phone but gives u unbelievable battery life and feather weight.
