<p>Did your friend use it with Rogers, or did someone just stick a Rogers card in it?</p>
<p>It might be unlocked if your Fido card works in it.  But as long as it works with a Rogers card you'll be fine with Speakout or PetroCan.</p>

it has a Rogers sim card (prepaid service, $0 balance),<br />
i put my girlfriend Fido sim  card into this phone, it seems like working<br />
does it mean, that this phone is unlocked ?<br />
are Fido and Rogers Sim working in both companies locked phones?<br />
can this phone used with 711 or Petrocan services ?</p>
