        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Unfortunately not. SO only recently introduced its texting plan, and I would have thought they would have a phone to go with it. Unfortunately not.</p>
<p>Lucky for you SO has a promotion where if you buy a $100 card you get a phone/sim for free. Go out and buy an unlocked GSM and you are golden. My SO phone cost me $40 and its sitting in a drawer, never used.</p>
