Virgin used to be a good carrier when the first started out in Canada. When Bell took them over their rates steadily increased while their features decreased. That's why I left them as well.

Thanks Andrew. The microSD and a little research got my pics off the phone and my music on. The internet access is working great, too!

I'm MUCH happier with this provider than I was with Virgin.

I got a Rogers Samsung Gravity from a pal who was upgrading (I don't do much with my cell except call, text and photos.) but I can't figure out how to get my pics off the phone.

I thought I could do it via the USB but my PC keeps asking for a disk. I downloaded PC Studio from Samsung but still no joy.

I signed up for a month of internet thinking I would send the photos to my Hotmail account but I'm getting a message on the phone that I'm not a registered Rogers/Fido customer, so no luck there either. (Although I'd be happy to pay for the data plan if I could actually get online)

It's not the end of the world but I'd really like to be able to get to the pics. Does anyone have a workaround they can suggest?

Cheers!

L.
