Judging by the specs, an unlocked Samsung Impact T746 should work with Speakout. At least for voice and SMS. To get data working, you would have to adjust the APN settings. I do not know if you can do that with that phone, and you might have to debrand the phone to do it. Asian phones with oddball operating systems scare me.

Currently I have an unlocked Samsung Impact T746 phone that I would like to move to Speakout. Although the SIM card guide suggests that Bell phones don't work on the Speakout network because they have a different technology, I noticed that it appears this phone does have quad band GSM capability (http://tinyurl.com/4yq6pnm.
Am I interpreting this correctly? Should I be ok to go ahead and get a Speakeasy SIM card for my Samsung Impact phone?

Thanks,
