Browsing will work with Speakout Unlimited Mobile Browsing, a lot of apps can work if you use programs like proxydroid and iptables. As a loose rule, anything that streams data will not work with Speakout Unlimited Mobile Browsing, at least not for very long.

It works with voice and data on my new Samsung Galaxy S3. Since this new phone is not rooted. I can only use it to browse the internet and watch you tube on Dolphin HD browser.
