The only way to transfer files between the phone and your PC is via bluetooth. I don't think there is a connection for USB; at least I don't have one on my 2760.

You'll have to get a bluetooth dongle if you don't have bluethooth on your PC. Setup a connection with bluetooth between you phone and PC.

Also, you have to download a software from the Nokia called "Nokia PC suite". See link websitehttp://www.nokia.ca/A4489005

Once you have that installed and have bluetooth connected with your phone then all you have to do is copy and paste the file from your PC to the phone's memory.

If you can get bluetooth and Nokia Suite installed, connected and running, it's not that hard. I figured it all out in an hour.

Good luck!
