I try to get my balance on my account & get this message. I can send local calls and I can receive local calls so can anybody HELP me to find my balance. Thanks.

With the recent changes you can now only check your balance on the website

I did login and had a look see. The balance says 0. If that is the case WHY am I still able to call out & receieve calls with no balance. I do notice that I am unable to add any new contacts to my “old Nokia” and my contact list is empty.

The 3G network is being shutdown across Canada so your "old Nokia" will stop working at some point if it is not capable of 4GLTE

There's a discussion about this in this topic
