        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I'm not familiar with that phone, but do you have a text or data plan with that phone? Maybe the charge for the text/data plan has to clear first, and it's telling you there's not enough money in your account.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, we are all just customers like yourself, and can not offer better advice than talking to a SpeakOut rep again. They are the only ones that can get this sorted out.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a Nokia 2760 cellphone with Speakout Wireless.  Occasionally when the phone hits $2.50 remaining and i attempt to make an outgoing call (local) it will say the call cant be made and i must top it up.  It;s very annoying when you actually NEED the cellphone.</p>
<p>Anyone getting the same issue?  As usual 7/11 reps deny the whole experience.</p>
