My download is below 80kb/s (sometime less than 10), upload above 1000kb/s. My phone is LG Optimus Chic. Talked Customer service, and they say they can't help.

Is there anything I can do to fix the download speed? Is this normal?

Edit: Also, my ping is really high, this with the slow download is making it nearly unusable.
