        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I am more apt to blame the phone camera, and possibly the operator.  The way QR codes work, is that your camera take a picture of the QR code, and there is a software that translates that picture to a Web page.  </p>
<p>If the camera is not able to take a clear enough image, the software will not be able to translate what is on the picture.   So the operator has to ensure a good enough picture is available to be taken, and that is under the assumption the camera is good enough.  </p>
<p>To be more certain it is not a Speakout issue, take a QR picture when you are connected to wifi.  If it works, there might be something wrong with the software not being able to use Speakout 3G for whatever reason.  </p>
<p>Oh, and there is always a chance the QR code is directing you to a bad link.  It has happened before.</p>
