I am guessing the Jailbreak changed settings . You should go to "Settings" and search for "Phone". There check "Show my caller ID".
That should be enabled!!!!

Never as the originating telephone number whic happrently the Speak-Out system advise is the norm.

To many people Private caller on the printout usually indicates either a government office or from a telephone connected to the a local hospital or large medical establishment.

Am none of the above!
