Basically, only HTTP/HTTPS on port 80/443. No streaming, no talkatone, no VOIP, no iMessage, no facetime etc.

gmail/hotmail works though via exchange/activesync mode. UMB is for general browsing or any service that utilize http/https, nothing more.

I've gone through the whole FAQ but still don't see if you're still charged minutes if someone calls you. I also specifically looked if there's a way to get the $10 for unlimited browsing and bypass the top-up voucher all together.

From the Home/FAQ page on this site:

"Starting July 1, 2008, local outgoing calls and all incoming calls are 25 cents per minute (previously 20 cents per minute)."

All incoming calls are 25 cents per minute.

PAYO is just that you pay the service you use.

I am doing exactly that paying 10+1.25/month and no more on iphone 4/4s. But you need to deposit money(i.e. voucher or online) to pay for services you use.

Research well how you have to cut the sim card and set up your iPhone to work for web browsing. There are a lot of settings to put in your phone.

huh ? the voucher is the way you put in money and without putting in money, what would it mean for the 10/month UMB + 1.25/month e911 ? Free ride ?

yes, both incoming and outgoing calls are counted to your balance @ 25c a minute with minute charging(i.e. round up to minutes) and when you are below 1 dollar(forgot the exact probably 40 cents), no one can call you and you cannot make outgoing call other than the top up number. SMS also cannot go through.

Reread #3 in the FAQ and no, you must top up with a voucher….

When you buy the sim card and activate it, they will deduct the 911 each and every month, even if you don't have a balance. For instance if your balance is $0, and you let it go for 6 months, they will deduct $7.50 ($1.25/month for 6 months) the first time you top-up, since your account is in arrears. So if you buy a $25 top-up, only $17.50 will be added to your account.

Last question is the one that went unanswered, whether or not your minutes are used when someone calls you.

It will fit the iPhone 4S, but you will need a SIM card cutter, because the iPhone uses a micro sim, or you can find someone to cut it for you.
