I need to know the American carrier of the Lumia 710. TMobile phones can usually be unlocked for free if the phone has been owned for a certain period of time. You would have to talk to TMobile though. If it is an AT&T phone, I have only seen one vendor that will unlock it, but it costs $35. If the Lumia 710 is locked to any other American carrier, I am not sure if you can unlock this phone currently.
