You would have to buy SIP settings from DellVoice/Freephoneline/Fongo for $50 to get it to work with the E71. The free client only works with iphone and Android phones. Google voice can also work, but it would take a lot of effort.

It is unlikely VOIP will work with Speakout anymore.
