That's why I participated in the discussion with C3 unlocking in another thread. I tried to purchase unlock codes from a few different suppliers online and got a "NO CODE FOUND" response (and subsequent refund) from each of them. I ended up trading my Speakout C3 with a colleague who has a Rogers C3, then purchased unlock code (apparently Rogers and Chatr C3's have unlock codes in databases accessible by unlock code suppliers).

I think Rogers has only recently quit locking phones out of their own network. I do not know if that is model phone specific or not though. In any case, your Speakout C3 should work with FIDO SIM cards.

The last phone I bought, Nokia 5130, only worked with Rogers and Speakout SIM cards, and not Fido SIM cards.
