After two months of using the Nokia 5200, I it out of my pocket and there was no display. Instead there appeared to be some bright streaks which made me think that the LCD was cracked. I called SO Customer Service as well as Nokia CS since the phone is still under warranty. Both of them told to go to the Nokia website, download a form, and send the phone to be repaired.

I'm waiting to see if they will repair the phone under warranty. I was warned that physical damage is not covered even though I didn't do anything to damage it.

Any comments?
