In answer to your first question, got this info from another site, and verified that it works on my phone:

1. At the main screen, select Menu.

2. Scroll to and select Settings.

3. Scroll to and select Security.

4. Scroll to and select Access codes.

5. Scroll to and select Change PIN code.

NOTE: If the PIN code request is off, go to Menu, Settings, Security, and then PIN Code request to turn on the PIN code request. The default PIN code is 1234.

6. Type the current PIN code. The default code is 1234.

7. Select OK.

8. Type the new PIN code and select OK.

10. Re-type the new PIN code and select OK.

Any insight on the following code/password issues -

1. The default PIN code is 1234. When trying to change it, there's a message saying "Set PIN code request on" alongwith a flashing STOP sign. But nothing else happens. No option to enter current PIN and then change it to a new one. Is this option now disabled (just bought the SpeakOut plan phone this week).

2. What is the default Call Restrictions password (1111 or 1234 failed)? I can neither set up Call Restrictions directly, nor change this password in the Access Codes submenu.

3. What does Security Level ON accomplish? I turned it ON for Memory, but can still do as I please with the contents of Memory without being asked for any kind of password.
