After re-charging it a couple times it seems to last longer, 3 days now on standby. I confirm the volume issues the previous poster is having. The quality isn't very good bordering on unacceptable. I will probably get an unlocked phone for xmas and try and sell this one for $20.

Even mine was un sealed .... Are they expected to sell them sealed since the SO outlet I brought my phone from had all of them un sealed .... ?

I would return it. Since the box is not sealed, it seems like you got a return.
