1) 7-11 Nokia 1661 must be unlocked.
2) Need to buy european sim card and replace 7-11 sim with european sim... 7-11 sims cannot work in europe.
3) If 7-11 Nokia 1661 has only 2 bands, then cannot work in europe... IF have 3 bands, then limited use in europe.... IF have 4 bands, then can use fully in europe... check it out.
Remember, all the above conditions must be met... any one condition not met, then phone will not work in europe.
I don't think I have missed out anything else.
