The speaker is not all that loud, and the screen is not very good. The keypad is not that great either.

I use it once in a while, and it's fine. The other poster is right - it feels a little cheap, but for occasional/emergency use I don't think you can go wrong with this phone.

Construction feels cheap, the keys are hard to select, and navigation isn't the easiest. But, as an emergency phone it cant really be beat. Its cheap, small, and you really don't have to worry about having it stolen. Its small screen probably means outstanding standby battery life as well.
