The loudspeaker works once the radio is on, I was just wanted to start the radio without earphone.

This phone is not the top of the line but I like it! 😀

By default the sound only work with the headphones when they are plugged in. So unfortunately no, I can not think of a way to have the sound come out of the loudspeaker. That would be a nice feature though.
