I've had this phone since Dec 28. Not impressed, but it is too late to get a return from 711.

Two problems so far. Considering that I've only placed three calls, that's pretty bad.

(1) The infamous security code issue. The phone started asking for a security code all of the sudden. I entered no security code. Hell, I hardly pick the thinkg up! Googling reveals that many people have this problem.
Solution: Restore factory settings

(2) Someone was trying to text and call me but I didn't hear a thing. I thought I was getting more deaf. But wait ... the phone has stopped providing ring and text tones. If you select "ring tones" in the menu, the phone reboots. WTF! More googling reveals this is also a common problem.
Solution: Restore factory settings

Come on Nokia, this thing is a piece of electronic waste.
