Turns out a puzzle game I downloaded was controlling sounds. I deleted the game and it all works.

Just got a Nexus 6P. with my old speak out SIM. When setting it up I may have pushed some wrong buttons.
Here are my problems
1. I can't get either a phone ring or message alert sound. It does vibrate and I can see on the screen that I missed a call and I can see any messages. I tried what I think the standard settings like volume up. Sounds work when I play a video.
2.Can I move music from iTunes on an iMac to this android phone? How?

3. It gives me an error when it tried to update the OS. Phone tries to restart and goes into a whole different boot with options to backup or restore or 4 other options.

4 When I turn the phone on I get a message saying it is unable to scan for safety.....
