Go to Settings-->Wireless & Networks-->Mobile Networks-->Access point names. If you never setup this before, you probably will see a empty screen. Press the button on the bottom-left corner of the phone (which is at the left side of home key.) choose "Add new APN" (some words like this),you will see the set up page.

Name: Speakout Wireless
APN: goam.com
Proxy: 10.128.1.69
Port: 80
username: wapuser1
password: wap
server: 10.128.1.69
Do not change other field.

Restart the phone, That's it!
