in America it will support both AT&T and T-Mobile correct?

The Nokia 2760 sold by SO or PCM will work in North America with any other North American GSM carrier provided you have the appropriate SIM card and airtime credit.

Is this phone unlocked? So say I move to the states, can I use it with AT&T and T-Mobile or in China with ChinaMobile ect?
