you can open safari on iphone 5s and when having wifi, access http://unlockit.co.nz/, and choose canada->speakout->create profile, this should help you get data access set up.

Happened to me two months ago. Tried other method on the post on this forum . No luck! Eventually had to erase my phone and rolled back to ios8. I upgraded to ios9 at that time but Apple updated ios9 . Did not know whether Apple fixed the issue.

Follow Up....Does anyone out there with an iPhone 5s and the 7/11 Speakout have this problem?? I e-mailed the company and they advised that a "Nano-sim"card will be available in the near future for these types of phone. In the meantime I cut the sim to "Nano-sim" size but as above it does not work in the data plan area. Have a Great Day.

Hello.. can anyone help in getting my data plan to work on the iPhone 5s ?, IOS 9.2, I can't change any APN data because it doesn't show under "Settings, Cellular" Appreciate any direction to fix this. Thanks
