I bought and unlocked (NOT jailbroken) iphone 4s from the apple store and cut down my sim card. the phone says "no service" although it shows that my carrier is Rogers 13.0. I do not know how to set up the value plan since when i try to validate my SO account i do not receive the validation code vis text message. i have tried using the iphone configuration utility app as well as unlockit.co.nz and neither work but i dont know what i am doing wrong. PLEASE HELP! i am very new to this...
