Just like the topic says. The only Cydia apps I installed so far were iFle and Software Update Killer. Any ideas?
Update: I used iFile to try to get Facetime to register by changing plist file in Rogers bundle, as described here on forums (it didn't work btw). After I reversed the change, hotspot option appeared, but wanted me to contact Rogers to enable it. I decided to remove jailbreak and now everything is back with the annoying iOS6 update notification on the Settings icon.
