I managed to cut down the SIM to nano size using a template from the internet and scissors. Used a standard nail file to file down the last little bits around the edges. Fits perfectly. No filing of the back of it needed.

Great, thanks :) I'm going to measure three times! It's too bad Speakout doesn't make nano SIMs available, especially with so many iPhones floating around. I know they're unsupported, but how many subscribers would Speakout get if they WERE supported, I wonder?

I'd just have to take the spare Speakout SIM I have, cut it down (properly, I assume, having learned my lesson!), and call them to have the funds in my account associated with my new SIM?
