SpeakOut only supports devices they sell. They probably won't touch your tablet, as they did not sell it. Make sure your tablet is truly unlocked. It seems like it is still locked to Virgin Mobile.

I installed my speakout sim card, but there no speakout service (can not connect to the speakout network) in my tablet, I only can receive text message, but can not send text message. I installed the virgin mobile sim card from my friend, my tablet works well and show the virgin service that I can send and receive text message. After did online research, I found it should work for rogers network, but it rogers network can still disallow (sometimes) LG G Pad IV 8.0 in their networks using IMEI ranges. My question is: Is it my tablet is blocked by rogers networks? And Is there any way speakout can unlock my tablet?
