        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I do not own or have access to the Speakout Huawei Ascend Y215 phone, but it looks like the specs provided by Speakout are correct.  I see the Mobilcity and Wind version of the phone also comes with ICS.  I did try out a version 2.3.3 Gingerbread version of this phone (Bell was the carrier, I believe)  I did not have nice things to say about it.  Even at $50 it is an awful phone, and I doubt ICS is going to make it any better.  </p>
<p>I recently got a Huawei Ascend Y300 at a black Friday sale from Best Buy for $50.  It cost $5 to unlock it.  I have to say it is a pretty good phone for $50.  Works nice with Speakout.</p>
