dennismiller is right though, you are going to have to figure it out for yourself but it is not that hard if you plug at it. Nokia PC Suite and a Bluetooth dongle for for your PC are good starts.

Get a BT dongle. Download Nokia PC suite. Try to connect to the suite with the phone. You have to do some of this on your own or get someone in person to show you.

Nokia PC suite. Connect via bluetooth. select file manager. go to phone memory -- images and there are the photos. Copy and paste just like any other hard drive/source.

This is not a piece of cake. Your phone needs to be discoverable/available. You need to connect the devices through BT and the software and then go from there.

Most electronics shops will sell USB adapters that you plug your SD card in to. It mounts on your desktop, and you drag your images off. Easy Peasy!
