        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I would be wary, it doesn't have the 850GSM frequency. that's still a lot of the rogers network, it has the most penetrating power into buildings, and is used more in remote areas because it travels farther.<br />
The Motorola F3 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone for $39 is what i would lean towards it has both 850 and 1900 used by rogers/speakout/fido</p>
