<p>It worked out great. Gave Speakout a call and they shipped me a new one, no cost. I have to say that I've had zero problems with the new phone. It's obviously just a basic phone but it does what I need it to do. No regrets.</p>

Got this phone free with the recent promotion (Buy a $100 top up get $25 extra plus free Sim and phone).<br />
Phone lasted 5 days and now it boots and crashes over and over.<br />
Contacted Speakout and Figo support.<br />
Hopefully I can do a reverse Sim swap and go back to my old phone.<br />
No wonder they are trying to give these phones away.</p>
