It worked out great. Gave Speakout a call and they shipped me a new one, no cost. I have to say that I've had zero problems with the new phone. It's obviously just a basic phone but it does what I need it to do. No regrets.

Got this phone free with the recent promotion (Buy a $100 top up get $25 extra plus free Sim and phone).
Phone lasted 5 days and now it boots and crashes over and over.
Contacted Speakout and Figo support.
Hopefully I can do a reverse Sim swap and go back to my old phone.
No wonder they are trying to give these phones away.
