        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I bought a ZTE fanfare 3 (Cricket Wireless) phone from Amazon.ca to use with 7/11 SpeakOut. I have bought 7/11 SIM card and voucher and activated online. After many unsucessful  attempts to unlock the phone with the SIM card and with the unlock code that came with the phone, I am now locked out from trying any more. (SIM network unlock PIN. You still have 0 times to unlock the device). What should I do now? Whom to call? Cricket Wireless, ZTE, 7/11? If you have any idea, please help.<br />
