It would be good to mention what phone you have. Some phones have that option, and some basic phones do not.

I would like to extend the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail.
i was not able to find a way to change it. Customer Service said that there is no options to change it.
Is that for real?

I know you can send a message to SO through roger's web app, but it does not accept any replies.
