Nokia charger is very standard(only seen two type a thicker round one in the early days and a thinner round ones for newer phones, they even have a convertor comes with some transitional period phones). My late 90s charger still works using the convertor.

If you see a Nokia charger that works on a e71, e63, 2730 and the like, it should work with your 1661 also.
