        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I assume you are using iOS 6.x?  This is normal, from time to time Rogers updates it's carrier profile for the iPhone.  If you look at General -&#62; About -&#62; Carrier, you will see 'Rogers 13.0' (or 'Rogers 12.0' if you are running iOS 5.x).  The update will bring it to 13.1.  You can get more details here:</p>

<p>What's that about?<br />
Is that 7-11 adding new restrictions to our carrier service, or are those just updates that help it work better?</p>
<p>I've never seen this before, just worried about what might happen if I update.</p>
