I'm having some issues using Speakout with my W705a. I activated it last night at home and I was able to receive and make calls. Today, when I got to work, I could only receive calls but not make them. Whenever I dialed a number I would get a "Network Busy" message.

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it?
